Public Relations Manager

About the role

Trip.com Group is seeking a Public Relations Manager to lead brand storytelling and media engagement across the Middle East. This newly created position will shape PR strategy for one of the company’s fastest‑growing regions, working closely with the regional PR team and business units.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute PR strategies aligned with global frameworks and regional business priorities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with regional publications, broadcast outlets, and digital platforms to secure high‑impact coverage.
• Oversee local PR campaigns, including content creation, media briefings, interviews, and press‑release distribution for both B2B and B2C audiences.
• Support regional PR initiatives, industry partnerships, and thought‑leadership projects to position Trip.com as a trusted travel brand.
• Assist spokespersons at trade events and conferences across the Middle East, providing market insights and ensuring a strong brand presence.
• Ensure consistent messaging across Middle Eastern markets while aligning with global communications.
• Identify and mitigate PR risks, support crisis communications, and protect the brand’s reputation.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in public relations, media relations, or corporate communications.
• Proven track record of delivering successful PR campaigns in the Middle East.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong network of media contacts across the GCC and broader Middle East.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
