Public Relations Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Public Relations, Branding & Communications professional to join Pay10 UAE as a PR Manager. The role will lead the planning, execution and management of PR activities to strengthen Pay10’s brand reputation, media presence and stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute PR initiatives aligned with business objectives and brand positioning.
• Manage media relations, including press releases, media pitches, interviews and briefings.
• Coordinate with Global PR and regional stakeholders to ensure consistency and timely execution.
• Oversee external PR agencies, defining scope, deliverables and timelines.
• Define, track and report PR KPIs, agency performance and campaign outcomes.
• Support executive visibility through media opportunities, speaking engagements and profiling.
• Monitor media coverage, handle press inquiries and recommend responses.
• Assist in crisis and issues management in coordination with senior stakeholders.
• Ensure all PR activities comply with regulatory, legal and reputational requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in PR, corporate communications or related roles.
• Experience working with senior leadership and external agencies.
• Background in fintech, financial services, technology or regulated industries preferred.
• Strong understanding of regional and international media landscapes.
