Public Relations Officer

About the role

The Public Relations Officer will act as the primary liaison between Mirari Smart Technical Services and UAE government entities. You will safeguard the company’s reputation, ensure regulatory compliance, and support smooth visa and licensing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with government departments, develop crisis PR early‑warning and response mechanisms.
• Coordinate communications with MOHRE, ICP, TASHEEL, AMER and represent the company at official meetings.
• Receive and host important clients and senior government officials.
• Monitor policy changes, report revisions promptly, and advise appropriate actions.
• Maintain business licences, permits and certificates, ensuring continuous compliance.
• Manage employee visa cycles, medical examinations, insurance registration, and labor contract transfers.
• Prepare and submit all required forms and documents to government agencies in line with UAE law.
• Support any additional public‑relations tasks as directed by management.

Required profile

• Fluent English (written and spoken) with a valid UAE driving licence.
• Minimum three years of UAE public‑relations or government‑relations experience.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour law, visa procedures and regulatory frameworks.
• High stress tolerance, disciplined work ethic and strong problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with UAE government portals such as MOHRE, ICP and GDRFA.
