Public Relations Officer – Security & Compliance

About the role

We are looking for a Public Relations Officer to lead site security, access control and CICPA compliance at our Al Tawaleeh Power site in Abu Dhabi. The role ensures that all personnel, vehicles and activities meet strict security protocols and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain full adherence to CICPA regulations, overseeing site access, personnel management and vehicle entry/exit.
• Issue and manage site passes for employees, contractors and visitors, and keep accurate access logs.
• Supervise security procedures for all incoming personnel and vehicles, conducting periodic audits.
• Prepare and maintain CICPA compliance documentation and report incidents to management and regulatory bodies.
• Act as the primary liaison with local authorities on security and compliance matters.
• Coordinate training for contractors and visitors on security protocols and CICPA requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in security management, regulatory compliance or related field, preferably in critical infrastructure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Law, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of CICPA regulations and critical infrastructure security protocols.
• Proficiency with security software, access control systems and compliance management tools.
