Public Relations Specialist

About the role

The Public Relations Specialist will develop and execute PR strategies that promote RAALC’s services, strengthen brand reputation, and support business objectives. This full‑time, on‑site position in Dubai requires close collaboration with internal teams and external media partners.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and distribute press releases and prepare media kits.
• Manage relationships with journalists and media outlets.
• Coordinate interviews, press conferences, and media events.
• Monitor media coverage and manage online reputation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
• Support strategic communications initiatives and contribute content for digital platforms.
• Provide input on campaigns and events that enhance RAALC’s public profile.

Required profile

• Strong public relations and media relations skills with experience building professional media relationships.
• Ability to draft accurate, clear press releases aligned with organizational goals.
• Excellent communication and strategic messaging abilities.
• Prior experience in real estate, legal services, or related sectors in the UAE is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are a strong plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in public relations.
