About the role
We are partnering with a leading foundational AI lab to find an experienced public‑sector procurement and RFP response lead who will help train a language model on professional documents, spreadsheets and slide decks. The role is fully remote and flexible, with an immediate start.
Key responsibilities
- Create, evaluate and refine AI‑generated RFI and RFP response documents, compliance matrices, past‑performance narratives, pricing submissions and capture plans.
- Own the development of solicitation compliance matrices, past‑performance narratives and capture plans for competitive government solicitations.
Required profile
- 5+ years leading RFI/RFP responses for public‑sector or government contracting opportunities.
- Expert‑level craftsmanship in documents, spreadsheets and slide decks with excellent written communication.
Required skills
- Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel expertise.
- Experience with government procurement processes and compliance matrices.
What we offer
- $100 per hour, flexible 5‑20 hours per week (or more).
- Fully remote work on your own schedule.
