Pump & Electrical Maintenance Technician

About the role

ERIC Engineering LLC is seeking an experienced Pump & Electrical Maintenance Technician to join its Abu Dhabi team. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliable operation of a wide range of industrial pumps and associated electrical systems.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair centrifugal, vertical and multistage industrial pumps.
• Carry out preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Overhaul pumps: dismantle, inspect, replace mechanical seals and bearings, align and re‑assemble.
• Diagnose and repair electrical motors, control panels, starters and related circuitry.
• Perform motor and pump testing to verify safe and efficient operation.
• Identify recurring faults and recommend corrective actions.
• Wire, maintain and fault‑find electrical panels and control circuits.
• Adhere to all safety, EHS and company standards while working independently or within a team.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in pump maintenance and electrical work, preferably in an industrial setting.
• Proven ability to read basic mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Good English communication skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
