Purchasing Manager

About the role

Momentum Corporate Services is seeking a Purchasing Manager to lead its procurement function. The role is responsible for acquiring goods and services efficiently while supporting the company’s entertainment and gaming portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the purchasing function, aligning it with business objectives.
• Oversee end‑to‑end procurement to ensure timely delivery, quality, cost, and service standards.
• Supervise the Purchasing Specialist and ensure adherence to procedures.
• Review and approve purchase requisitions, orders, and contracts.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships, negotiating commercial terms.
• Monitor supplier performance and identify cost‑saving and process‑improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, delegated authority limits, contractual requirements, and regulatory obligations.
• Establish and track purchasing KPIs, service levels, and reporting.
• Assist with supplier onboarding, due diligence, and documentation.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance purchasing efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in a purchasing or procurement function.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration across business units.
• Ability to manage supplier relationships and negotiate terms.
• Solid understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Analytical mindset for monitoring performance and driving improvements.

Required skills

• Experience with the Coupa procurement platform.
