Purchasing Specialist (Russian-speaking)

About the role

AM.PM, a manufacturer of premium bathroom products, is looking for a Purchasing Specialist fluent in Russian to join its team in Dubai. The role covers ordering, supplier coordination and inventory monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Calculate and place orders with suppliers
• Communicate with suppliers about orders, shipments, prices and specifications
• Carry out reconciliations with suppliers
• Monitor inventory levels in company warehouses and product availability
• Ensure uninterrupted product deliveries
• Hold meetings with colleagues from related departments to address shortages and overstocking
• Complete reports on work activities

Required profile

• Higher education in economics
• 2+ years of experience in procurement at a large trading company
• Fluent English and fluent Russian

Required skills

• Excellent knowledge of business process management software
• Excellent knowledge of Excel
