QA Analyst – EFMS Technical Upgrade

About the role

Maveric Systems Limited is seeking a QA Analyst to support the EFMS Technical Upgrade in Dubai. The role focuses on validating business rule implementation, system alerts, and digital banking transaction flows to ensure the upgraded system works as intended.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and validate EFMS business rules and rule logic against functional requirements.
• Write and execute SQL queries to verify backend data and rule outcomes.
• Validate digital transaction initiation journeys across internet and mobile banking channels.
• Test system alerts, including trigger conditions and expected outcomes.
• Perform positive, negative, boundary and rule‑based testing scenarios and support regression testing.
• Collaborate with IT, business and development teams to investigate and resolve issues, and document test scenarios, defects and results.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and logical thinking with attention to detail.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
• Experience in banking or financial services, preferably with digital banking applications.
