QA Engineer – Airline IROPS Systems

About the role

We are seeking a skilled QA Engineer with deep experience in airline irregular operations (IROPS). You will ensure the reliability of critical disruption workflows, from passenger re‑accommodation to crew recovery, across GDS/PSS platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute end‑to‑end (E2E) test scenarios covering flight cancellations, rebooking, and delay management.
• Coordinate with Operations Control, Airport teams and IT during time‑critical disruption simulations.
• Perform functional testing (UAT, SIT) and lead defect triage, root‑cause analysis and reporting.
• Develop and maintain automated regression suites using Selenium, Playwright or REST Assured.
• Support non‑functional performance testing of IROPS systems during peak disruption periods.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of QA experience in airline operations or IROPS environments.
• Hands‑on knowledge of GDS/PSS platforms such as Amadeus Altéa.
• Familiarity with NDC and IATA disruption standards.
• Strong analytical skills for defect triage and stakeholder communication.
