QA Engineer / Platform Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a QA Engineer / Platform Engineer to ensure software quality, system reliability, and efficient development and deployment processes. You will collaborate closely with developers, DevOps, and product teams to build reliable systems, improve testing practices, and support scalable technology platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans, develop test cases, and perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
• Support the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of development and production environments, including deployment pipelines and infrastructure.
• Analyze test results, contribute to root‑cause investigations, and improve test coverage and automated testing.
• Contribute to CI/CD improvements, system performance, availability, security, and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or related field.
• Strong understanding of software testing, quality assurance, system reliability and software development processes.
• Good analytical, problem‑solving and debugging skills with strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate across technical teams.

Required skills

• Test automation tools and frameworks: Selenium, Playwright, Cypress.
• Programming / scripting languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, Bash.
• CI/CD pipelines, Git, build processes and deployment practices.
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud (advantage).
• Containers and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes (advantage).
• System monitoring, logging, troubleshooting and performance optimization.
