QA Test Lead - Arabic Speaking

About the role

techcarrot FZ LLC is looking for an experienced Arabic-speaking QA Test Lead in Dubai to lead end-to-end testing across enterprise web, mobile and API-based applications. The role covers test strategy, planning and execution, stakeholder coordination, UAT management and quality assurance across several projects and releases.

Key responsibilities

• Review Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and identify ambiguities, gaps and testability issues
• Create and maintain the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)
• Develop the Test Strategy and Test Plan, defining scope, objectives, environments, entry/exit criteria and risk mitigation plans
• Prepare and manage realistic test data
• Perform API regression testing for every release and design, review and execute test cases for regression, integration, system, end-to-end, UAT and functional testing
• Test mobile applications on Android and iOS devices
• Coordinate and facilitate UAT with business users, prepare UAT scripts, user guides, defect reports and sign-off documentation
• Track defects through closure and provide quality metrics and status reports
• Mentor QA team members and ensure adherence to QA best practices

Required profile

• 8+ years of QA experience, including at least 3 years leading testing teams
• Fluent Arabic and English
• Experience testing enterprise web, mobile and API applications
• Strong stakeholder communication and reporting skills
