QA/QC Engineer – Electrical Manufacturing

About the role

We are looking for a QA/QC Engineer to join our electrical manufacturing team in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on maintaining quality standards, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and supporting continuous improvement across all production stages.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review method statements, inspection test plans (ITPs) and inspection requests.
• Develop and issue FAT and test reports for electrical equipment.
• Verify compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS) and ISO 9001 requirements.
• Conduct internal audits, manage non‑conformance reports (NCRs) and follow up on corrective actions.
• Perform material receiving, process and final product inspections, including wiring continuity and loop checking.
• Coordinate inspections and testing activities with clients, consultants and third‑party agencies.
• Ensure proper calibration of inspection equipment and closure of identified issues within required timeframes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of electrical QA/QC experience in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of QMS, ISO 9001 standards and internal audit procedures.

Required skills
