QA/QC Engineer / QC Inspector – Civil, Mechanical & Electrical

About the role

We are looking for experienced QA/QC Engineers and QC Inspectors specialized in civil, mechanical or electrical works to support major construction and infrastructure projects in Dubai. The role involves ensuring that all construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards while coordinating closely with project teams and subcontractors.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and inspect construction activities against drawings, specifications, ITPs and method statements.
• Prepare and submit inspection requests, checklists, inspection reports and other quality documentation.
• Identify non-conformities, raise NCRs and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
• Review engineering drawings, specifications and material approvals for the relevant discipline.
• Coordinate inspections with site engineers, consultants, subcontractors and testing laboratories.
• Maintain records of inspections, test reports, NCRs, quality logs and ensure timely closure of issues.
• Participate in quality meetings, site inspections and hand‑over documentation preparation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on QA/QC or inspection experience on construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, ITPs, method statements and quality documentation.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills with consultants, contractors and site teams.
