QA/QC Manager – Quality Assurance & Control Lead

About the role

The QA/QC Manager provides specialized technical expertise to support KBR's quality program on complex projects. This role ensures that all work areas meet contractual and regulatory requirements through rigorous inspection, testing, and quality assurance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement inspection and testing techniques to verify compliance with project specifications.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and recommend corrective actions where needed.
• Apply statistical methods and quality tools to assess performance, reliability, and maintainability of product systems.
• Lead audits and quality assessments, ensuring alignment with contractual standards.
• Maintain and continuously improve quality management systems and procedures.
• Provide technical leadership to the QA/QC team and coordinate with project stakeholders.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 9 years of experience in quality assurance and control within large‑scale projects.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage functional objectives.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
