QA/QC Section Head – Villa Construction

About the role

We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Section Head to lead quality assurance and control activities on a villa/residential construction project in Abu Dhabi. The role involves overseeing inspections, documentation and coordination with consultants and subcontractors to ensure the highest standards of workmanship.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage QA/QC activities for villa construction, ensuring compliance with specifications, drawings, method statements and ITPs.
• Supervise QA/QC Engineers and Inspectors, coordinating daily inspection activities.
• Review and approve Inspection Requests (IR), Material Inspection Requests (MIR) and related quality documentation.
• Monitor site work, manage NCRs, observations and corrective/preventive actions.
• Coordinate quality matters with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and project teams.
• Conduct inspections, quality audits and site quality walks, and maintain project quality records and handover documents.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 8–12+ years of QA/QC experience in building construction, preferably in luxury or high‑end residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil, architectural, structural and finishing works.
• Proficiency with ITPs, method statements, MIRs, IRs, NCRs and quality management procedures.
