QHSE Officer – Full-Time (UAE)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, detail‑oriented QHSE Officer to support the implementation and maintenance of our Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) system across all operations in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Apply for, obtain and maintain third‑party certifications; support internal and external audits.
• Prepare and review Job Safety Analyses (JSA) and Method Statements in coordination with operations teams.
• Conduct daily toolbox talks, monitor HSE compliance on yard and project sites, and perform routine safety inspections.
• Report near‑misses, incidents and accidents; assist investigations and follow‑up on corrective actions.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of QHSE policies, procedures and work instructions.
• Deliver QHSE induction and awareness training; organise additional safety, quality and environmental training sessions.
• Track QHSE performance data and prepare regular internal reports.
• Monitor contractor compliance and support corrective actions for non‑conformities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science or related field.
• 3–6 years of relevant QHSE experience, preferably in heavy lifting or earthmoving.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, ISO standards and Safety Management Systems.
• ISO Lead Auditor and First Aid certifications.

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
