Qualified Person – Regulatory Affairs (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking a Qualified Person (QP) – Regulatory Affairs to lead our pharmaceutical activities in the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will act as the Responsible Pharmacist, ensuring full compliance with UAE health authority regulations and supporting product lifecycle management.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the Qualified Person/Responsible Pharmacist for all UAE pharmaceutical operations.
• Maintain compliance with UAE regulatory, quality, and pharmaceutical standards.
• Manage the complete regulatory affairs lifecycle, including product registration, licensing, renewals, and variations.
• Prepare, review, and submit dossiers and regulatory documentation to MOHAP, MOH, and other local health authorities.
• Act as the primary liaison with UAE health authorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or an equivalent qualification.
• Valid UAE Pharmacist License issued by MOHAP, MOH, or another relevant authority.
• Proven experience as a Qualified Person/Responsible Pharmacist or in a comparable regulatory role.
• Strong background in regulatory affairs, especially product registration, renewals, and variations.
• Familiarity with UAE pharmaceutical regulations and experience with oncology products (highly preferred).
• Fluent Arabic and English communication skills.
