Quality Assurance Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Quality Assurance Engineer to maintain the highest quality standards across all our products. The role involves continuously scanning for bugs, suggesting improvements, and ensuring that development aligns with specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough testing of all products to identify bugs, inconsistencies, and usability issues.
• Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure features are implemented as per specifications and raise bug tickets in JIRA.
• Perform regression, functional, UI/UX, and performance testing as needed.
• Automate test cases where applicable to improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards and document findings.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance, preferably in fintech or financial services.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
