Quality Assurance Executive – Lead Management

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented, process‑driven Quality Assurance Executive to manage the full lead‑management cycle, from marketing‑generated lead capture through pre‑qualification, sales assignment, follow‑up and CRM updates.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and verify that all marketing‑generated leads are accurately captured in Zoho CRM.
• Conduct regular quality checks on lead information, source, status, ownership and activity updates.
• Ensure the Pre‑qualification team contacts, responds to and qualifies leads within required timelines.
• Assign qualified leads promptly to the appropriate sales personnel.
• Track sales‑team activity to guarantee leads are contacted, followed up and updated in the CRM.
• Escalate unattended, delayed, incorrectly assigned or inactive leads to the relevant manager.
• Identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel and recommend process improvements.
• Prepare regular lead performance, response‑time, follow‑up and conversion reports for management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in quality control, lead management, sales or marketing operations.
• Hands‑on experience with Zoho CRM or similar CRM platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies.
• Excellent organizational, coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to monitor multiple teams and follow up on pending actions.
• Analytical mindset with experience meeting KPIs and response‑time targets.
