Quality Assurance Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our client’s team in Dubai. The role focuses on safeguarding brand standards and delivering high‑end construction and fit‑out projects that meet strict quality, cost and commercial expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and continuously improve comprehensive QA systems, processes and checklists for construction and fit‑out projects.
• Conduct systematic site inspections, quality audits and progressive checks at key stages to identify defects early and prevent rework.
• Review and approve materials, mock‑ups, samples and finishes against approved benchmarks and brand standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, contractors and internal teams to uphold quality without delaying delivery.
• Lead root‑cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and produce clear quality reports, snag lists and handover documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
• 6‑8 years of progressive QA/QC experience in high‑spec residential, commercial, hospitality or retail fit‑out projects, preferably in the UAE.
• Proven ability to balance cost‑saving measures with uncompromised quality and brand standards.
• Strong commercial acumen, leadership and communication skills to influence contractors and stakeholders.
