Quality Assurance Manager

About the role

CSCEC ME is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead the QA/QC function on a prestigious high‑rise tower project in Dubai. This senior position requires strong expertise in high‑rise construction, ISO compliance and quality management systems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain the Project Quality Management Plan (PQMP) and QA/QC procedures.
• Lead the project QA/QC team, conduct site inspections, audits and quality reviews.
• Review specifications, IFC drawings, method statements, material submittals and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
• Manage internal and external Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs), corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, laboratories and third‑party inspection agencies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of QA/QC experience on large‑scale construction projects with reputable main contractors.
• Proven experience in high‑rise/tower and mega‑construction projects.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
