Quality Assurance & Support Engineer (UAE National)

About the role

As a Quality & Support Engineer at Lockton, you will ensure the quality and reliability of software applications through automated testing and provide technical support to maintain optimal system performance across Lockton MENA operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain automated test scripts for web applications using Playwright, Selenium and other frameworks.
• Implement end‑to‑end testing strategies and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.
• Execute test suites, investigate failures, report bugs and track resolutions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot application issues via phone, email and ticketing systems.
• Participate in incident and change management, coordinating resolution and deployment of updates.
• Monitor application performance, perform regular maintenance, patches and backups.
• Create and maintain documentation, knowledge‑base articles, user guides and FAQs.
• Deliver training sessions and onboarding support for end‑users.
• Collaborate with developers, product teams, vendors and cross‑functional stakeholders to improve applications.
• Identify automation opportunities and recommend process improvements.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience in quality assurance, automated testing or application support.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
