Quality Control Assistant

About the role

The Quality Control Assistant will join Golden Offshore Marine Industries LLC in Abu Dhabi, supporting the quality team on a full‑time basis. This on‑site position involves inspecting materials, components and finished work to ensure they meet company standards and project specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine quality checks on incoming materials and in‑process components.
• Document inspection results and report non‑conformities to supervisors.
• Assist with laboratory testing, measurements and sample handling as required.
• Collaborate with engineering, production and safety teams to implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate quality records and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Support internal audits and help prepare quality documentation for clients and regulatory bodies.

Required profile

• Relevant technical diploma or degree in engineering, quality or a related field (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety in a marine or industrial environment.
• Ability to work on‑site in Abu Dhabi and adapt to a fast‑paced, project‑based setting.

Required skills

• Basic Laboratory Skills for handling tests, measurements and samples.
• Familiarity with Quality Management Systems such as ISO standards.
