Quality Control Inspector – Emirati Talent

About the role

The Quality Control Inspector will perform critical compliance inspections for AL TAIF TECHNICAL SERVICES LLC during equipment rebuild and overhaul operations. The role ensures adherence to ISO standards, HSE directives, and company quality procedures while supporting continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct QC inspections of heavy vehicles, components, assemblies, and spares.
• Verify that maintenance and repair tasks follow job plans and that faults are corrected.
• Inspect fourth‑line repairable items and apply identification tags.
• Perform spot checks on equipment, electrical components, and diagnostic tools.
• Document inspection findings, prepare quality reports and Material Deficiency Reports (MDRs).
• Liaise with mechanics, supervisors, managers and customers to resolve quality issues.
• Support root‑cause analysis for customer rejects and warranty concerns.
• Provide QC input for Corrective Maintenance (CM) job plans and Annual Service Plans (ASP).
• Ensure obsolete parts are removed and repairable items are tracked and staged.
• Coordinate verification and acceptance of non‑OEM spares.

Required profile

• Technical degree or diploma relevant to inspection or quality control (preferred).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Lean Practitioner certification (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years experience with heavy‑vehicle components, failure analysis, engineering or welding.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Ability to work safely in a workshop environment and support HSE compliance.
