Quality Engineer

About the role

Innovo Group is looking for a detail‑oriented Quality Engineer to oversee and maintain the highest quality standards across all construction projects. The role involves monitoring specifications, managing inspections, and ensuring strict compliance with safety and legal requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the operations team to execute work according to project specifications, drawings, and method statements.
• Coordinate site inspection requests with consultants and verify compliance with project requirements.
• Review and align test reports with contract requirements, maintaining detailed verification records.
• Inspect all delivered materials, confirm they meet specifications, and keep comprehensive inspection logs.
• Issue Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs) when necessary and track outstanding balanced works and snag lists.
• Prepare and submit daily quality reports documenting site activities and compliance.
• Enforce HSE policies and report any incidents or violations promptly.
• Maintain strict adherence to all legal requirements related to construction and quality assurance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (required).
• Professional certifications such as Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) are highly beneficial.
• Minimum of 1 month of relevant experience.
