Quality Graduate Development Program (1-year)

About the role

Join a one‑year Graduate Development Program focused on Quality Assurance and Food Safety within a leading food & beverage group in the UAE. The programme is designed for UAE nationals who have recently graduated and are eager to start a career ensuring product quality and safety across the company’s operations.

Key responsibilities

• Complete four 3‑month rotations covering Laboratory, Process Quality & Continuous Improvement, Quality Assurance & Food Safety Systems, and Regulatory & Supplier Quality.
• Support laboratory testing and analysis to verify product specifications.
• Assist in monitoring and improving manufacturing processes to meet quality standards.
• Participate in the implementation and maintenance of food safety management systems.
• Help evaluate supplier quality and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• UAE national graduate with a degree in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline.
• Strong analytical mindset and interest in quality and food safety.
• Willingness to work across different functions and locations.
