Quality, HSE and Logistics Manager

About the role

The company is expanding its quality, health‑, safety‑ and environment (HSE) and international logistics capabilities within the oil and gas sector. This position combines the development of integrated management systems with hands‑on coordination of inbound and outbound shipments.

Key responsibilities

• Review and update existing policies, procedures, registers and records to meet ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO IEC 27001, ISO 56001 and related QHSE requirements.
• Design and implement practical processes that ensure audit‑ready management systems and continuous operational efficiency.
• Conduct gap analyses, internal audits, readiness assessments and drive corrective actions to closure.
• Coordinate external auditors and certification bodies, leading the organization through ISO certification journeys.
• Maintain ongoing compliance via periodic audits, management reporting and continuous improvement activities.
• Manage international sea and air shipments, freight forwarders, customs clearance, shipping documentation and delivery schedules.
• Monitor supplier and logistics‑provider performance, identifying delays, compliance gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Leverage data, digital tools and AI applications to enhance reporting, workflows and information security.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, occupational health and safety, supply chain, logistics or a related discipline.
• Practical experience developing, implementing, auditing or maintaining ISO‑aligned management systems.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 audit processes, gap analyses and corrective‑action management.
• Familiarity with integrated management systems and ability to translate standards into practical procedures.
• Experience with logistics functions such as freight forwarding, customs clearance or import‑export documentation.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English and strong organisational and stakeholder‑coordination skills.

Required skills

• ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO IEC 27001, ISO 56001 (and awareness of ISO 30414, ISO 22301).
