Quality Manager – Offshore Water Injection Project

About the role

KBR is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead the Project Quality Management System for the UZ Islands Offshore Water Injection Project. The role starts in Abu Dhabi, moves to the fabrication yard, and later to the offshore site, overseeing engineering and procurement phases.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain the Project Quality Management Plan, set quality objectives and KPIs.
• Lead quality assurance and control activities across engineering deliverables and procurement processes.
• Manage supplier quality programs, conduct audits, and oversee non‑conformance resolution.
• Coordinate inspection strategies, witness FATs and ensure compliance with ADNOC, ISO 9001 and international standards.
• Maintain documentation, traceability and support final project handover dossiers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001) required; CQE preferred.
• 20‑25 years of quality management experience in Oil & Gas, with at least 8 years in a leadership role.
• Extensive experience supporting EPC engineering and procurement, offshore brownfield projects and ADNOC requirements.
