Quality Manager – Project/Program/Construction Management

About the role

AECOM is seeking a detail‑oriented Quality Manager to lead quality assurance and control for a mixed‑use development within its Project/Program/Construction Management (PMCM) division in Abu Dhabi. You will ensure that all deliverables meet the required quality standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain comprehensive quality management plans aligned with project specifications and industry standards.
• Conduct regular inspections, audits and testing of construction materials, workmanship and installations across all phases.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and other international quality standards.
• Identify non‑conformances, document findings and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors and design teams to resolve quality issues and keep the project on schedule.
• Prepare detailed quality reports, metrics and documentation for stakeholders and senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of quality management experience in construction or mixed‑use development projects.
• Proven expertise in QA/QC methodologies, ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and local UAE construction standards.
• Professional certification in quality management (CQM, ASQ or equivalent) preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for cross‑functional collaboration.
