Quality Manager – Quality Administration Services

About the role

The Quality Manager will lead the Quality Administration Services function, ensuring that all quality management and improvement processes are consistently ready and aligned with the facility’s strategic goals. This senior position reports to senior leadership and focuses on enhancing patient outcomes, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and oversee a comprehensive quality improvement program across the facility.
• Manage all regulatory activities, including DOH audits, inspections, accreditation, and licensing requirements such as Tasneef.
• Continuously review and update the quality program to reflect changes in laws, policies, and organizational needs.
• Coordinate with department heads to implement quality and safety priorities and ensure compliance with standards.
• Design and implement systems for collecting, analyzing, and reporting performance measurement data.
• Monitor staff performance, study quality, cycle times, and budgetary controls related to patient satisfaction research.
• Provide strategic oversight of proactive and reactive quality improvement initiatives and contribute to budgeting for quality activities.
• Lead internal quality improvement teams, facilitate training, mentoring, and development plans for staff.
• Ensure timely reporting of events to regulatory agencies and align departmental work with overall facility goals.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in healthcare quality management and regulatory compliance.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Strong understanding of DOH standards, accreditation processes, and licensing requirements.
• Ability to develop, implement, and evaluate quality improvement programs.
• Excellent analytical skills for performance data collection and interpretation.
