Quantity Surveyor – Commercial Contract Administration

About the role

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join its Abu Dhabi team, working on newly awarded projects across various sectors in the UAE. The role focuses on post‑contract commercial contract administration, ensuring accurate measurement, cost reporting and claim management.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare re‑measurements, interim and final account payment applications and monthly cost reports.
• Manage variations, contractor claims, provisional sums, prime costs and nominated sub‑contractors.
• Oversee insurance and bond administration and attend design and commercial meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum five years post‑degree experience in contracts and commercial management, preferably with a consultant or client background.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognised university and experience on high‑rise office or residential projects.
• Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and proficiency in QS software such as Cost X.
