About the role
We are looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join a major commercial and hospitality fit-out project in Abu Dhabi on a 3-4 month secondment, after which the position will become a permanent role based at our Dubai headquarters.
Key responsibilities
- Measure and quantify fit-out works for commercial and hospitality projects.
- Control costs, manage variations and prepare final accounts.
- Oversee subcontractor performance and manage related documentation.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of Quantity Surveying experience in the UAE fit-out/interior contracting sector.
- Ability to commute and travel flexibly between Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
- Immediate availability or short notice period.
