Quantity Surveyor Infrastructure – UAE National

About the role

We are seeking a UAE National Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial and cost management of infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi. The role will work closely with project managers, engineers, consultants, contractors, procurement and finance teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities, quantity take‑offs, cost estimates and pricing schedules.
• Measure and value completed works and assess contractor interim payment applications.
• Monitor project budgets, commitments, expenditures and cost forecasts.
• Review contractor quotations, rates and commercial submissions.
• Assess variations, change orders and additional works, and support claim evaluations.
• Assist in the preparation and review of final accounts and tender documentation.
• Support value engineering initiatives and cost optimisation.
• Maintain accurate records of payments, variations, claims and commercial correspondence.
• Produce periodic cost and commercial reports for management.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years (36 months) experience in quantity surveying or cost management for infrastructure projects.
• UAE Nationality as specified.
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field.
