Quantity Surveyor

About the role

Quantity Surveyor manages project costs, estimates, and budgets to ensure financial efficiency. The role reviews quantities, contracts, variations, and payment applications for accuracy and compliance, supporting both pre‑ and post‑contract activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain budgeting, cost control, estimating and reporting systems for infrastructure works.
• Review construction project variations, cost estimates, and Bill of Quantities for compliance with contracts and specifications.
• Verify and update project control budgets, preparing forecasts for final project costs including variations.
• Prepare and review cost data, final cost reports, assets registers, and project close‑out documentation.
• Handle change requests, variation orders, claims and other contract administration tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Minimum ten years of relevant experience in cost control and quantity surveying.
• Familiarity with CAD/Civil 3D quantity extraction methods.
• Understanding of FIDIC contracts and cost estimating principles.
• Strong communication skills in English and ability to work effectively in a team.
