About the role
The company is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage the commercial and contractual aspects of construction projects, from tender through to completion.
Key responsibilities
- Review tender documents, analyse project scope and respond to queries.
- Prepare BOQs, nominate subcontractors and suppliers, and evaluate quotations.
- Produce monthly cost reports, cash‑flow forecasts and commercial sections of progress reports.
- Manage change orders, variation pricing and contractual entitlements.
- Oversee subcontract procurement, negotiation, payment certification and final account preparation.
- Administer main and sub‑contracts, monitor risks and ensure project budgets are maintained.
Required profile
- Engineer's Degree in Quantity Surveying.
- Minimum 4 years of QS experience in Dubai.
- Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with FIDIC contract editions (including 2017).
- Experience in BOQ preparation, cost reporting and change management.
