About the role
A leading luxury real‑estate organization in Dubai is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support high‑end villa development projects. The role focuses on post‑contract cost management, valuations and commercial efficiency throughout the construction lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Manage post‑contract quantity surveying activities for luxury villa projects.
- Monitor project costs and implement effective cost control measures.
- Prepare valuations, variations, and commercial reports.
- Support commercial management throughout project execution.
- Review contracts, budgets, and project expenditures.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure financial and contractual compliance.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
- Proven experience on luxury villa construction projects with strong post‑contract quantity surveying experience.
- Currently based in the UAE.
