Quantity Surveyor – Post Contract

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join the Contract & Procurement Department of a leading organisation in Dubai. The role is a 12‑month contract, renewable, focused on post‑contract activities and supporting project delivery goals.

Key responsibilities

• Review and process variations from consultants and contractors in line with contract terms.
• Administer change management procedures, including insurance and bank guarantee compliance.
• Evaluate extension of time (EOT) and prolongation cost claims.
• Prepare payment certificates, valuations, monthly cost reports, cash‑flow statements and accruals.
• Close out final accounts, issue final payment certificates and release bank guarantees.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience with consultants, developers, or contractors (UAE experience preferred).
• Graduate degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Strong command of English and excellent communication skills.
