Quantity Surveyor – Project Execution

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join the Project Execution team at DAMAC Properties. The role focuses on post‑contract activities for residential and mixed‑use projects across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Review all documentation related to advances, payment guarantees, and bonds upon submission.
• Ensure monthly interim payments and all supporting documentation are submitted in order.
• Review and process interim payment certification according to business timelines.
• Assess variations and claims submissions, preparing substantiation to approve or reject them.
• Update construction and project budgets based on payment certifications and variations.
• Finalize variations and ensure sub‑contractor final accounts are settled.
• Finalize main works contractor accounts.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably on residential and mixed‑use projects.
• Relevant qualification such as BE, BTech, or a degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Experience in post‑contract stage activities.
