Quantity Surveyor (UAE National)

About the role

This role supports the tendering and pre‑contract process by ensuring accurate quantity take‑offs, reviewing tender documents and maintaining clear documentation, thereby reducing risks and aligning submissions with contract requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyse tender documents, drawings and specifications; verify completeness and raise queries.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities and perform accurate quantity take‑offs using drawings, 3D models and contract types.
• Support post‑tender activities, respond to clarifications, verify contract documents against tender submissions and assist estimators.
• Organise and upload quantity take‑off workbooks, cost sheets and comparison sheets for knowledge management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 0–5 years of experience in quantity surveying or construction cost control, preferably on infrastructure or marine projects in the Middle East.
• Familiarity with international contract frameworks such as FIDIC is a plus.
• Fluent English communication and strong numerical and analytical abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Cost estimation software (e.g., CANDY) – advantage.
• 3D and BIM model manipulation.
