About the role
ERE Homes is looking for an experienced Real Estate Accountant to join its expanding operations in Dubai. The role focuses on managing financial processes specific to real‑estate brokerage, including commission payouts, developer payments and compliance with UAE tax regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Process real‑estate agent commission payouts and reconcile transaction logs.
- Manage full‑cycle accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing and vendor ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare financial statements, ledger entries and executive performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT filing, corporate tax guidelines and local statutory audit standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in Dubai real‑estate or property brokerage accounting.
- Immediate availability and ability to work full‑time in Dubai.
Required skills
- Proficiency with industry‑standard accounting software.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel spreadsheet capabilities.
- In‑depth knowledge of UAE VAT and corporate tax compliance.
