About the role

We are seeking motivated and ambitious Real Estate Agents to join our growing team in Dubai. This is a 100% commission‑based position, ideal for individuals driven by performance and eager to build a successful career in the UAE real estate market.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and follow up with potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Conduct property viewings and presentations.
• Negotiate and support transactions through completion.
• Stay up to date with the Dubai real estate market.
• Work toward individual and company sales targets.

Required profile

• Currently residing in the UAE.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales‑oriented, ambitious, and self‑motivated.
• Professional attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Previous real estate or sales experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is a plus.
