Real Estate Agent – Dubai

About the role

Square Yards UAE is seeking motivated, client‑centric Real Estate Agents to join its Dubai team. You will advise buyers and investors, generate leads, and guide them through the full sales cycle for both off‑plan and ready‑to‑move properties.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads through networking, cold outreach, referrals, digital platforms and events.
• Qualify client requirements, present suitable property options and conduct site visits or virtual tours.
• Negotiate terms with developers, brokers and clients to secure optimal deals.
• Track market trends, price movements and competitor offerings.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and report sales activity to management.
• Provide clients with market insights, payment plans, handover timelines and investment analysis.
• Facilitate documentation, booking and closing procedures.
• Build long‑term relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of real‑estate sales experience in the UAE.
• UAE real‑estate licence (RERA certification) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai property market and key locations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, customer‑focused attitude and strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; multilingual ability (English, Hindi, Arabic) is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Advanced use of the Microsoft Office suite.
