Real Estate Agent – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Real Estate Agent to join Daark Real Estate Company in Dubai. You will act as the primary point of contact for buyers and investors, guiding them through the property selection and purchase process.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and qualify buyer and investor inquiries.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options across Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman and other UAE markets.
• Conduct property viewings, consultations and project presentations.
• Maintain consistent follow‑up with prospective clients and build long‑term relationships.
• Negotiate terms and close sales in line with company targets.
• Keep accurate records of leads, client interactions and sales activities.
• Stay updated on UAE market trends, property prices, payment plans and new project launches.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Professional appearance and confidence in client‑facing situations.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
• Fluent English; additional languages such as Arabic or Russian are a plus.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.
