Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospective buyers.
• Coordinate property viewings and follow up with potential clients.
• Promote available properties and generate new sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate client records and property documentation.
• Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.

Required profile

• Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated, target‑oriented, and self‑driven personality.
• Willingness to learn and develop within the real estate industry.
• Previous real estate experience is an advantage but not required.
• Fresh graduates and career changers are encouraged to apply.
• Strong knowledge of customer service and relationship management.
• Understanding of sales and negotiation techniques.
• Basic knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market.
