About the role

The Real Estate Agent will act as the primary liaison between buyers, sellers and renters, guiding them through every step of the property transaction process. You will leverage market knowledge to advise clients, negotiate deals and ensure a smooth, ethical experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling and renting properties according to their needs.
• Conduct in‑depth market research to provide informed recommendations.
• Network with potential buyers, sellers and other real‑estate professionals.
• Prepare purchase agreements, leases and other transaction documents.
• Negotiate sale prices and terms on behalf of clients.
• Advertise and market available properties through multiple channels.
• Stay updated on market trends and property laws.
• Facilitate property viewings and deliver detailed tours.
• Evaluate clients' financial capabilities and assist with financing solutions.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date client and lead database.
• Resolve issues that arise during negotiations and transactions.
• Provide after‑sales service and nurture long‑term client relationships.

Required profile

• Valid real‑estate agent licence for the UAE.
• Proven experience as a real‑estate agent or in a similar role.
• Strong negotiation and deal‑closing abilities.
• In‑depth knowledge of the local property market and current trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
• Flexible working hours, including weekends when needed.

Required skills

• Familiarity with real‑estate management software and databases.
