Real Estate Agent

About the role

The Real Estate Agent will manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties in Abu Dhabi, guiding clients through property search, viewings, negotiations and closing processes. This full‑time hybrid position combines on‑site property visits, office meetings and remote administrative work.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and generate leads.
• Conduct property tours and present listings.
• Prepare and review transaction documentation.
• Coordinate with landlords, tenants and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records in company systems.
• Track market trends and advise clients on pricing and investment opportunities.
• Support marketing activities such as listings, online promotions and open houses.

Required profile

• Valid real‑estate license and knowledge of local regulations.
• Experience in real‑estate transactions, leasing, sales or property‑management support.
• Strong sales, negotiation and customer‑service abilities.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation for property visits.
