About the role

We are seeking experienced Real Estate Agents to work with buyers, sellers, investors, landlords, and leading developers in Dubai. The role involves generating business, securing listings, conducting viewings and presentations, negotiating offers, and closing deals.

Key responsibilities

• Source, list, and manage secondary and ready‑property listings.
• Promote and sell off‑plan projects from leading UAE developers.
• Generate and manage qualified leads from buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
• Market properties through platforms such as Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, social media, and WhatsApp.
• Conduct property viewings, developer presentations, and investment consultations.
• Advise clients on pricing, payment plans, ROI, rental yields, and capital appreciation.
• Negotiate offers and close transactions successfully.
• Maintain accurate client, lead, and property information in the company’s CRM.
• Meet and exceed individual sales and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of Dubai real‑estate experience.
• Valid RERA Broker ID (BRN) or willingness to obtain one.
• Strong sales, communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Turkish, or Hindi are a strong advantage.
• Self‑motivated, confident, ambitious, and target‑driven.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
