Real Estate Agent / Property Consultant (Commission Based)

About the role

We are seeking proactive Real Estate Agents and Property Consultants to join Property Solvers Real Estate in Business Bay, Dubai. The role is commission‑based and focuses on driving sales and leasing transactions across residential and commercial markets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end sales and leasing transactions throughout Dubai.
• Conduct property viewings, present investment opportunities and advise private and corporate clients.
• Source, build and maintain active property listings and secondary market inventories.
• Negotiate sales agreements, rental terms and contract conditions between buyers, sellers and tenants.
• Establish and nurture long‑term client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.

Required profile

• High School Certificate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Proven real‑estate sales or property consultancy experience in the Dubai/UAE market.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Dubai property portals such as Bayut, Property Finder and Dubizzle.
• Experience with CRM management systems.
• Knowledge of RERA sales procedures.
